You can get to Lar easily by three car routes. 

Firstly, you can go there via the Lavasan Bozor region. Keep in mind that this route extends right from Ira village to the Bani Ghoshkane checkpoint. From there, go to the Ira village once you leave Lavasan and pass the Barge Jahan as well as Niknam Deh and pass by the Letian dam. This is how you can reach Lar plain on one of the routes. 

The second way is by taking the branches off from the Haraz road right inside the Pulor village. The route takes from Pleur tee right to the entry post of the environmental check post of Bani Delichai. You can enjoy the asphalt road and get to the Lar National Park. 

And the third and final route is via the Garmabadr village of the Shemiranat city close to Fesham. It takes you to the Western part of the Lar plain. The route is mainly used by the locals and herders as well as the nomads. If you try to pass through this route, remember that you need permission from the hunting post of the Garmabadr. 

Adding to the three routes that take you to the Lar plain, there is another route that is known as the Malrou route that passes through a tiny village named Afie.
