Visit Caminito del Rey

El Caminito del Rey (King's Small Trail) is a route that runs along the sloping walls of a narrow valley in El Choro, near the Ardales in the province of Malaga, Spain. The name is derived from the original name Camino del Rey (King's Path), which is locally abbreviated to el caminito. The sidewalk was broken and partially closed for more than a decade. Reopened in 2015 after four years of extensive renovation. In the past, after five deaths in 1999 and 2000, it was known as "the most dangerous trail in the world."
