The Ali Sadr Cave
The first and worthiest place to visit in Hamadan is the Ali Sadr Cave. About this cave, they have even written in the school books and have been able to grab the attention of the natives as well as tourists.
It is known as the longest water cave in Hamadan to date in the world. You will find this cave located in the Sari Qiya Heights in Hamadan close to the village in Kabudar Ahang city. The cave is 2,100 meters tall above sea level and has ample winding atriums as well.
Being considered to be the 23rd national and natural monument in the world it has been listed in the Cultural Heritage Organization that has been registered back in the year 2007. You can visit the cave anytime you desire between 8 am to 3 pm and 8 am to 5 pm depending on the month you are travelling.
