Harrow Wine Festival is a summer festival in the city of Harrow in the La Rioja region of northern Spain.

The Wine Festival is held on June 29, the day of the patron saint of San Pedro.
Participants pour wine on top of each other until everyone is completely wet.

The procession, led by the city mayor on horseback, winds from Harrow to the cliffs of Bilibio.
