The International Wildlife Film Festival is a film festival held annually at the Roxy Theater in Misola, Montana.

The International Wildlife Film Festival was "the first regular wildlife festival dedicated exclusively to wildlife films" and "a sign that wildlife films have emerged as a distinctive cinematic genre." Founded in 1977 by internationally renowned bear biologist Dr. Charles Junkel, the festival recognizes scientific accuracy, artistic appeal and technical excellence. Junkel was described in 1989 as a "wildlife biologist with a grizzly bear acclaimed for his work with bears." "He teaches at the University of Montana," and also heads the Rocky Mountain Film Institute, a project of the Rocky Nonprofit.
