Fest Ghentalso, also known as the Ghent International Film Festival, is an annual international film festival in Ghent, Belgium. The festival held its first edition in 1974 under the name International Filmgebeuren Gent and has since become the largest Belgian film festival. The festival also focuses on film music. Since 2001, the Ghent Film Festival has hosted the World Soundtrack Awards, a collection of awards for the best film and television soundtrack.

The festival is held annually in October, and the international jury awards the Grand Prix for Best Picture and the Georges Delroy Prize for Best Soundtrack or Sound Design. Apart from the official competition, there are sections such as World Cinema, Classics and Special Annual Focus.
